Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund, please do the following:
1.    Contact us within 24 hours after receipt of the damaged or faulty product, and we will replace the merchandise, subject to our approval, with no additional cost.
2.    Ensure that your all merchandise must be unworn/unused and in the same condition it was received.  Otherwise, your request for return may not qualify for a return.Also, damaged item or incomplete item (with missing parts) for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a return.
3.    To initiate the return, kindly email us at whatafinds(at)gmail(dot)com and provide all the pertinent information needed to initiate the verification process. 
If you are eligible for a return, we will send you a return label so you can ship the item back to us.  Otherwise, you will shoulder the shipping cost for returning your item EXCEPT if it is due to our error.
Important Note:  These types of goods are exempted from being returned:  Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, or consumable items like incense, candles, scents, perfumes, rare collectibles, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.
Once we receive the returned item, we will perform the following:
1.    We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and also to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.  Process the refund if request is approved and a credit will automatically be credited in a form of store credit, or a coupon or gift card (upon request).
3.    Send you an email once your refund has been applied.
4.    Deduct shipping cost from your refund.  You, the customer, is responsible for all return shipping charges.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. Whatafinds or its Refund Policy does not cover buyer's remorse or change of mind. Please be reminded that there are no existing laws that allow any consumers to return goods they purchased and ask for a refund simply because they have changed their minds.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
If you want to exchange the defective or damaged item but with a different size or design, please send us an email at whatafinds(at)gmail(dot)com or message us on our Facebook page.  Please take note that we only replace defective or damaged items.The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.  Kindly send us the tracking number of the returned package so that we can monitor its whereabouts.  However, we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
