How do I contact customer service?

How do I place an Order?
It's easy. Just follow these easy steps:
Step 1: Click on the Product you wish to buy.
Step 2: Click "Add to Cart" button to place the selected item on your shopping cart.
Step 3: When you are done shopping, click the "Checkout" button so that we can proceed with the shipping and payment details.
Step 4: For Shipping, please provide the following information:
- Complete Name
- Complete Delivery Address
- Contact Number (mobile number preferred)
Step 5: Select "Free Shipping" on the Continue Shipping Method section. All orders are eligible for free shipping!
Step 6: For the payment, Click "Continue Payment Method" and select your desired payment method.
Step 7: This is it! You can now place your order. Just Click the "Complete Order" button and we will gladly process your order. Thank you!
How much is shipping?
All orders ship free! No shipping fee!
How long does it take to get my order?
Orders placed by 10PM (PHT) will usually ship the next day, and shipment time takes around 3-7 days for areas within Metro Manila and 5-10 days for Outside Provinces. For some cases it may also take a Longer Duration especially for Remote Areas.
How do I track my order?
We'll send you emails to update you on the progress of your order, or you can check its progress in the Orders section of your account.
Do I need to be there to sign for it?
Nope! If you're not home, the courier will leave your package with your doorman.
What happens if my package gets lost?
All items purchased from Whatafinds.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
What mode of Payment do you accept?
We accept the following mode of payments:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Over the Counter (OTC) Payment for BPI and BDO
- Online Bank Transfer for BPI and BDO
- Money Remittance via LBC, Palawan Express, Western Union and etc
Returns or Refunds
Do you accept Returns or Refunds?
Yes, we do but with the following conditions:
- We require SAME DAY advice.
- For damage and/or defective items, the buyer/consignee must inform us the same day when it was receive. We will countercheck the reported item with our records.
- Item must be in its Original Condition with Complete Accessories and Packaging.
- Item must not be Used or Worn out.
- If item is NOT APPROVED for Returns, Exchanges, or Refund, we will notify you through email or call.
- If item is APPROVED for Returns, Exchanges, or Refund, we will send you a replacement or refund your money after the defective item is returned to us.
